Miss Elkhart County 2008, LINDSEY ROSCOE, is the 21-year-old

daughter of John and Jan Roscoe. She is a Senior at Indiana

University - Bloomington, where she is majoring in Dental Hygiene.

Lindsey's platform is "Get the Facts, Then Get the Vacs: Essential
